Marketing Materials

Where do I find my marketing materials?

You can find your marketing materials in your myBalto Dashboard:\n

  1. Log in to your dashboard\n

  2. Click the menu dropdown in the upper-left corner\n

  3. Select Fundraising Hub\n

  4. The first box you’ll see is Marketing Materials\n\n Inside Marketing Materials, you’ll find:

  • Personalized QR Code: When scanned, it takes people directly to your personalized donation website. It’s already included on your counter cards and exam room flyers, but you can also download it for your own events and custom flyers.

  • Counter Cards: Helps explain why pet owners are rounding up at checkout, saving your team time and making the round-up ask easier.

  • Exam Room Flyers: Builds awareness of your Angel Fund throughout your hospital. (People can’t donate if they don’t know your Angel Fund exists.) We can also update the messaging if you’d like.

  • myBalto 101: A must-have for every practice. It’s a quick resource for training and staff turnover, and it explains what myBalto Foundation does and how it works with your clinic.

  • Financial Triage Flyer: myBalto is one important piece of the puzzle, but it won’t cover every case. This flyer outlines steps your team can take before using your Angel Fund.

  • Automatic Round-Up at Checkout: Part 1 of 2 required materials if you use the Auto Round-Up feature. This flyer should be displayed anywhere clients may check out so they know they can opt out at any time. Part 2 is a required client acknowledgment checkbox at check-in or when reviewing an estimate. This phrasing should state: "I understand that [hospital name] rounds-up on every invoice at checkout to support pets in need and I can choose to opt out of the donation at any time."
