There are three key steps to onboarding myBalto Foundation at your hospital, and we’ll walk you through each one during our setup meeting:
Connect your PIMS
This allows us to link myBalto with your hospital so round-up activity can be tracked accurately.Add the “Round-Up” donation item at checkout
This enables your team to start collecting round-up donations every day.Add “myBalto Foundation” as a payment type
When you use Angel Fund dollars to help a patient, adding myBalto Foundation as a payment type lets your team close out the invoice at the end of the day. Then, when funds are deposited back into your hospital’s bank account (typically 2–3 business days), the deposit will match what’s recorded in your PIMS under the myBalto Foundation payment type—making reconciliation simple and clean.
