Difficulty Logging-in?

If youre having difficulty logging into your myBalto Dashboard, run through the quick checks below. Most login issues are solved in under a minute.

1) Double-check you’re using the right email

This happens more often than you'd think.

Many of us have multiple work/personal emails, and its easy to try the wrong one by accident.

Tip: If you’re not sure which email your hospital used, ask a teammate who has access, or search your inbox for past myBalto emails.

2) Use the Forgot Password option

Click Forgot password on the login page.

·      You should receive a password reset email shortly.

·      If you don't see it, check your Spam/Junk folder.

If you still don't receive a reset email: That usually means the email entered isn’t the one tied to your account (go back to Step 1).

3) You might have been fired … just kidding!
