What are Donation Invoices?
Donation invoices apply to the “round-up” feature at your hospital. If you are not using our payment processor (VetPayTogo), round-up donations collected at checkout are deposited into your hospital bank account as revenue.
To move those donations into your Angel Fund, myBalto will send you a weekly donation invoice (only when you’ve collected more than $10 in round-up donations that week).
Paying these invoices helps ensure the donated funds are properly transferred to your Angel Fund and reduces the risk of your hospital being taxed on donations that are temporarily sitting in your bank account.
Auto-pay option: After your first invoice is paid, you can switch to auto-pay by emailing [email protected] with your hospital name and a request to be placed on auto-pay.
Prefer to stay manual? No problem—you can continue paying the invoices weekly.
